The Ultimate Sauna Company for FAR Infrared Saunas

In 2004 MD Iain Lansdell, started the Ultimate Sauna Company to provide detoxification through use of Far infrared Saunas. Here he describes what made him do so:

My own infrared sauna story began in April 2002 in Portugal .

I'd gone there for a 2 week detox retreat and as part of the program we were introduced to the far infrared sauna. I used it only a couple of times, but it was enough to encourage me to want to know more.

When I got back to England I read the book with the mind-focusing title of 'Detoxify or Die' and what I learnt from it convinced me that for anyone wishing to remain healthy in the 21 st century, the regular use of the infrared sauna is essential.

One of the passages from the book states:

'... environmental poisons overwhelm our ability to detoxify them, and they slowly accumulate. How high the total body burden or total load of chemicals gets, determines how fast we go downhill with disease'.

Dr. Sherry Rogers, the author, then goes on to state in the book that the 'use of a far infrared sauna is the only way which is proven, with before and after data, to remove the worst of the man made toxins (i.e. the chemicals, which the body has not previously had to deal with)'

I started to immediately research further into infrared saunas and find out all about infrared saunas. They captured my enthusiasm and I flew around the world to find a manufacturer to make the best sauna for us'.

As you may know he was diagnosed with a heart problem when he was 55. Despite being told that he needed to take Warfarin drugs he has not taken any medicine at any stage. Instead he has focused on diet, infrared sauna use, exercise and other natural methods of health improvement. Since his diagnosis he has run 4 half marathons and has set his sights on running a full marathon as final proof of his full rehabilitation.
