Free Toxin Test Kits With An Infrared SaunaToxins are all around us. We absorb them from what we eat and drink.
You can easily find out if you've got toxins. Simply go to your doctor and they can ask for tests to be performed for you.
But if you're giving yourself a detox you probably want to run some further tests to check you're getting rid of the toxins. So using a doctor could work out pretty expensive.
During our research we've discovered three DIY test types that cover most bases. They certainly show you whether you're at risk from diseases due to raised toxin, pH, heavy metal or free radical levels. The tests are as follows:
• The pH Test • Free Radical Test • Heavy Metal Test
Please note that we offer one or more of these kits as a bonus for buying an Ultimate infrared sauna.
If you're unsure as to what test would help you simply give us a ring on 01905 620000 and we'll explain the options.
You can buy any of the test kits described below by phoning us on 01905 620000.
The pH Test

pH is the measurement of the acidity or alkalinity in a substance.
Measuring this in ourselves is a useful indicator of future health levels. Whilst we maintain pH at the optimum level our health is likely to be good. Let it vere away from that optimum and we are likely to have health challenges.
The pH level of 7.0 is neutral. Any figure lower than 7.0 is acidic and anything higher than 7.0 is alkaline. We operate most efficiently in a slightly alkaline environment and the body maintains our blood at around 7.3. If that varies by more than about 0.2 either way we will die.
A few thousand years ago when we lived in harmony with nature we did not need to concern ourselves about pH levels as our lifestyles and environment in most cases naturally created the conditions that led to the appropriate pH levels within the body.
Unfortunately over time we have adopted habits that have taken us away from this harmony with nature and for many of us it has resulted in an acidic internal environment which the body is constantly attempting to neutralise. This movement away from nature has increased over time exponentially and in the 21st Century it has for many people become a really serious issue which is undermining our health.
Whilst the pH level of the blood is maintained at around 7.3, the pH levels of the other systems of the body vary considerably. For optimum health our saliva needs to be slightly acidic (around 6.5 - 6.75) in order to start the digestion process and the urine is likely to be around 6.5 to 6.8, as it carries away the excess acidic waste products. The more we move away from those figures the more we are putting stress on our systems and making it difficult for the body to mainatain the appropriate level of 7.3 for the blood. People with serious illnesses such as cancer often show pH levels as low as 4.0 in their saliva or urine.
The 3 things which are perhaps the most significant in their influence on our pH levels are Toxins, Stress and correct Diet. Using the Ultimate Far infrared sauna on a regular basis will dramatically reduce the first of these three as well as help reduce the second, which helps make it so much easier for the body to maintain optimum levels.
If we maintain our bodies at the optimum pH level it is hard to get ill!
The test kits that we use are pH Stix which are single-use strips which can be used to measure the pH of either saliva or urine, and we recommend testing both. |
They use a double colour indicator method, which provides an accurate determination of the pH level of what you're testing.
Dr Ted Baroody, Author of "Alkalize or Die" says of pH Stix,
"I get hundreds of calls for pH testing materials. pH testing is very complex. There are individual pH testing substances for everything, but they are very expensive. This particular strip is reasonably priced too.
I have looked a long time and through many companies to find these quality pH strips.
My experience with litmus pH paper strips has not been good. I do not recommend them."
The pH Stix come in packs of 80 test strips. |

Your Body Could Be Under Attack From Free Radicals Right Now
The Free Radical Test Kit helps you discover if you're under attack.
As you know simply breathing creates free radicals in your body. Eating and drinking create free radicals too.
Free radicals attack your cells and break them down. If it continues unchecked cell damage can lead to ill-health and disease.
Antioxidants, such as vitamin C, can help to mop up the free radicals.
But do you know what level of free radicals there are in your body? You can check free radical levels by testing malondialydehyde (MDA) levels . MDA is formed as a by-product of free radical creation.
The "Free Radical Test" kit we offer uses an advanced technology to test the free radical activity in your body within 5 minutes.
A urine sample is used to measure the minute quantities of malondialydehyde (MDA) present.
Urine is used because it is 40 to 50 times more sensitive than equivalent serum or blood (plasma) measurements.
The test assists you in determining the free radicals activity within your body. It also shows whether a current dietary or detox routine is working for you.
An example of the colours produced from the test is shown below:

"I am a strong advocate of preventive medicine and nutrition. The Free Radicals Test Kit has been useful as an instant reality check for everyone who uses it" ( Fedrick J Vagnini M.D. New York Cardiologist)
"I have done an in depth study of the Free Radicals Test and it accurately measures the free radicals activities in the body. The test provides an educated method of determining appropriate antioxidant dosage to combat free radical stress." (- Richard W. Hubbard, Ph.D., Loma Linda University Medical Center , USA .)

Are Your Mercury Fillings Slowly Poisoning You? A heavy metal test is capable of detecting the levels of heavy metals, such as mercury, in your body.
Your body absorbs and stores some heavy metals, even arsenic because your body needs them. But you only need them in minute quantities.
The most commonly encountered toxic heavy metals are:
- Aluminium can lead to the development of bone disorders. Including fractures.
- Arsenic can cause kidney and liver damage. Ultimately it can cause death.
- Cadmium exposure can cause kidney problems. But Cadmium is bio-persistent which means once you absorb it your body stores it. It may lead to lung diseases, bone defects and possibly lung cancer.
- Lead is well known for causing a wide range of problems. The developing foetus, babies and growing children are at higher risk than adults. It can cause problems with the blood, damage to the kidneys, gastrointestinal tract, joints, reproductive system and the nervous system.
- Inorganic mercury poisoning symptoms include tremours, gingivitis and/or minor pyschological changes together with spontaneous abortion and congenital malformation. Monomethylmercury causes damage to the brain and the central nervous system while fetal and post-natal exposure have given rise to abortion, congenital malformation and development changes in young children
- Iron
Other heavy metals include: nickel, chromium, copper and manganese.
- Chromium can irritate the skin causing ulceration. Longer term it can cause kidney, liver damage, circulatory and nerve damage
- Copper can cause anaemia, liver and kidney damage, and irritate the stomach and intestines.
- Manganese can result in dopamine depletion. This gives almost all symptoms of Parkinson's Disease.
- Nickel can be mildly toxic. Longer term it can cause lower body weight, heart and liver damage and skin irritation.
Heavy metal toxicity is an uncommon but significant medical condition. The most common heavy metals leading to diseases or disorders include lead, arsenic, and mercury .
You can now test your urine or saliva for the presence of heavy metals. This allows you see whether any treatment you're undertaking is effectively removing the heavy metals.
The Heavy Metals Test kits are available in two options:
- The General Heavy Metals Test kit: Tests the presence of a range of heavy metals, such as
- Copper
- Zinc
- Cadmium
- Mercury
- Lead
- Nickel
- Manganese
- Cobalt
The Specific Heavy Metals Test kits: One individual test for each particular heavy metal:
Aluminium
Arsenic
Cadmium
Chromium
Cobalt
Chlorine
Iron
Lead
Mercury
Manganese
Molybdenum
Nickel
Silver
Tin
